Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes of items returned to us.

*We ship globally. If you are outside the US or Canada, please email to inquire about shipping to your location. For all international shipping (including Canada), please allow extra time for customs and processing. 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING. We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders valued $100 or more. There is a small shipping fee for items less than $100. When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED. A signature is required for all domestic and international packages.

INSURANCE. Dana Walden insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.  We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.  If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example, a surprise engagement ring) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

DAMAGE/ LOSS DURING SHIPPING. We insure all products during transit and take great care to ensure they do not get damaged in transport. All shipments have tracking numbers, and delivery requires the signature of recipient or an adult legally residing in the household. Upon delivery, we are not liable for loss or damage to the product. Should our product be damaged during transport, please notify us immediately upon receipt by emailing with photos of the damage. In the event of damage during transport we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please note that replacement fabrication is subject to availability and the turn around time varies, depending on the product. We will keep you posted on these details every step of the way.
