The following shipping schedules are reflective of shipping alone and do not include production time.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes of items returned to us.  Once we have created your jewelry you have the following shipping options in the continental United States and Canada:

Free Ground Shipping

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders.  When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase.  Think of it a little gift from Dana Walden to celebrate your upcoming engagement, nuptials or commitment ceremony.


Signature Required

A signature is required for all domestic and international packages.


Insurance

Dana Walden insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.  We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.  If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example, a surprise engagement ring) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. 

 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Our jewelry is created with the highest ethical standards and superior craftsmanship.  You can shop with confidence, knowing that if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may take advantage of our 14 day return + exchange policy.   All you have to do is pay for return shipping.  Here's how to start: 

 

Merchandise Must be Unworn

The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of the initial shipment.  Items that are custom, special order, customized/engraved, previously exchanged, or have been serviced by another party are not returnable or exchangeable.  Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes of items returned to us.


Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Send an email to ClientServices@Danawaldenbridal.com with "CREATE A RETURN/EXCHANGE" in the subject line within 14 days of receiving your order.  Include details on why you would like a a return or exchange.  You will receive an RAN number within 24 hours, after which you may return your item.  Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice, to be included in your package.

 

Return your Order 

The email you receive with your RAN will also include shipping instructions.

Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Dana Walden (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)   

 

Please be sure to carefully enclose each piece in its original packaging with the proper padding.  Each piece must be returned with all of the original documentation (i.e. invoice, diamond certification, etc)We will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.  Please allow 3-5 business days after the receipt of your item for your return/exchange to be processed.  

 

 

 

Repairs 

We are happy to service your Dana Walden engagement ring, should it need refurbishment in the future.  We do not recommend using another jeweler to work on our designs.  Not all jewelers are created equal and it takes a master craftsperson to work on our unique creations.  Additionally, repair or service by a jeweler or designer other than Dana Walden will void the one year warranty that comes with our products.  Here's how to start the repair process:

  

Request a Service Authorization Number (SAN)

Send an email to ClientServices@Danawaldenbridal.com with "REPAIR" in the subject line.  Please include detailed information on the nature of your repair, such as whether or not your ring has undergone any blunt trauma.  You will receive an SAN number and return shipping fee within 24 hours, after which you may return your item.  Write this code on the bottom of your original invoice, to be included in your package.

 

Return your Order

 

The email you receive with your SAN will also include shipping instructions.

Servicing time varies depending on the nature of the repair.  We will provide you with an estimated delivery date and associated costs after inspection.

 

 

 

Free Maintenance and Cleaning

We recommend having your engagement ring professionally cleaned and inspected every 6 months.  Your ring should also be immediately serviced if it has undergone trauma, such as being dropped or struck.  Even if your ring looks to be unharmed, it may have issues that can only be detected by a professional.  These inspections will make sure that the prongs are secure, which helps to prevent the loss of your diamond or gemstone if your ring has been inadvertently damaged.  Dana Walden provides this service to our clients free of charge.  Here's how to start:

Maintenance Time

Standard maintenance and cleaning will take approximately 5-7 business days after we receive your ring.  If we determine that your ring requires extensive servicing or repair, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and associated costs (if applicable).

 


Dana Walden One Year Warranty

Dana Walden jewelry is exquisitely crafted to endure generations.  In addition to our 14 day return policy, we offer a One Year Warranty on the workmanship of our jewelry.  The warranty will protect you from any defects on your engagement ring or wedding band.  If your ring is harmed due to negligence or accidental damage, we are happy to repair it for a nominal fee.

 

This warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of stones and theft.  Additionally, repair or service by someone other than Dana Walden will void this warranty.  In situations not related to manufacturing defects, we strongly recommend the purchase of independent insurance for your engagement ring or wedding band.  This will help recover damaged, lost or stolen jewelry.
